CHILD CARE/DAY CARE IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

House of Wellness Free Child Care with Membership (2 Hours Maximum, per day)

CHILD CARE HOURS (Child care is available to members only)

• Monday – Thursday:  8 am – 7 pm
• Friday: 8 am – 4 pm

• Child care is available to members only
• Ages served are from 4 weeks to 14 years old
• Must be the Parent or Legal guardian to enroll and sign the child in/out of the children’s play center
• Completed enrollment form and updated immunization records are required prior to the childs first visit
• Priority service is available by reservations. Walk-ins are accepted by space availability only.*Reservations take priority
