Membership Options
MIND (Gold Level-Fitness Center & Aquatic Facility)
- This membership includes fitness center, aquatic facility, racquetball & gymnasium, steam/sauna room and shower facility
- Unlimited classes – Except for Yoga and Swimming Lessons.
- Initial fitness evaluation is required w/HOW Fitness Specialist – includes flexibility, strength, body fat and cardiovascular test
- General Cardiovascular and Weight Training/Toning program
- Free quarterly wellness assessments
- FREE Daycare is available for all child/with a two (2) hour max per child.
BODY (Silver Level-Fitness Center & Aerobic Studio)
- This membership includes fitness center, steam/sauna room, aerobic studio and shower facility
- Land exercise classes only. Example: step aerobics, awesome abs
- Initial fitness evaluation is required w/HOW Fitness Specialist – includes flexibility, strength, body fat and cardiovascular test
- General Cardiovascular and Weight Training/Toning program
- Free quarterly wellness assessments
- FREE Daycare is available for all child/with a two (2) hour max per child.
SPIRIT (Bronze Level-Aquatic Facility, Gym & Racquetball)
- This membership includes aquatic facility, racquetball, gymnasium, steam/sauna room and shower facility.
- Unlimited aquatic classes with the exception to swimming lessons.
- Initial fitness evaluation is required w/HOW Fitness Specialist – includes flexibility, strength, body fat and cardiovascular test
- Free quarterly wellness assessments
- FREE Daycare is available for all child/with a two (2) hour max per child.
